Occasionally, it is helpful to review previous conversations with Hostek Support. To review previous tickets only a few steps are needed:

  1. Login to cp.hostek.com or dashboard.hostek.com

  2. Click on the speech bubble in the bottom right.

  3. When you click on the bubble, you will see a few of your recent conversations. To review others that are not present, click "See All".
