The ‘Tickets’ function of the Hostek Hosting Dashboard was previously used to manage, create, reply, view, and close Tickets opened with Hostek Support. Tickets created via the dashboard will now be created in the new ticketing system.
To view legacy tickets, first we need to login to the dashboard via Hostek Dashboard (US) or Hostek Dashboard (UK). You can find instructions on how to do this in the following article Logging into to Dashboard.
Once logged in, tickets from the legacy system can still be viewed in the dashboard under the Tickets section. Replies cannot be made directly to archived tickets. A new ticket would need to be created.
